Watching families grow over time is one of the most rewarding parts of being a San Antonio family photographer. I first met Christie and Jason when we photographed their engagement session and wedding, and now here we are, capturing life with two beautiful kiddos. What an honor!

Behind the Scenes

Originally, we had planned to do Josephine’s newborn session, but COVID-19 had other plans. On the bright side, getting to meet her when she was a bit older turned out to be such a gift. Her big, expressive eyes (seriously… wait until you see them!) and her curious little personality added so much joy to this session. Sometimes, baby photography is even more fun when the little ones are past that sleepy newborn stage and starting to show their spark.

I absolutely loved photographing this in-home family photo session. In-home baby and family photo shoots are some of my favorites because they feel so authentic and personal. Christie’s home is stunning—her décor is always flawless—and all that natural light pouring in through the windows made this San Antonio lifestyle session feel light, airy, and full of love.
